We want you to love your purchase from Cuticle Lisse & Glamour Locks. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items for a full refund.
Eligibility & Timeframe
- All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the original purchase date to qualify for a refund.
- Returned products must be in new condition, showing minimal to no signs of use, and include all original packaging and accessories.
- Items that show excessive wear, damage, or alterations may not be accepted.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for processing. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Clearance or final sale items are non-refundable.
- For hygienic reasons, certain opened or used hair products may not be eligible for return. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
Shipping for Returns
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your receipt for proof of shipment. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
